🚀 Key Responsibilities – ORACLE System Analyst Job in Kuwait
- Manage Oracle Fusion HCM implementation including Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Performance Management modules.
- Gather business requirements and configure system modules.
- Develop and execute test cases (SIT & UAT).
- Maintain Oracle SQL / PLSQL processes and Fast Formulas.
- Develop OTBI, OBIEE, and BI Publisher reports.
- Handle integrations, SOAP web services, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents and enterprise tickets.
- Maintain system security and optimize architecture.
- Support business process improvements and best practices implementation.
🎯 Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience.
- Expertise in HCM ATOM Feed, HCM Extract, HDL.
- Strong knowledge of Web Services (SOAP).
- Experience with OTBI, OBIEE, BI Publisher reporting tools.
- Core HR reporting and data extract development.
- Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills.
