Oman Air announced its desire to appoint a customer service officer. 

the conditions:

. Has a two-year college diploma in a related major or a high school diploma.

. or less than high school with 8 years of WY experience in a similar field/function.

. IATA certification or equivalent in catering operations / food and beverage service training or management allied field preferred and preferred.

. A candidate who meets any of the above qualifications with experience in a five star hotel or restaurant in a similar customer service position would be preferred and an advantage.

. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

. Knowledge of Arabic or an international language would be an advantage and desirable but not essential.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Customer service oriented

. Familiar with SABER system software

. Familiar with the HACCP system (internal training will be provided).
