New Market Company started in 2002 importing Gift items that were sold to different hospitals and gift shops. After the success of the gift items, NMC started importing different toys and RC planes items. In 2008, when DJI started growing globally, NMC starting a very small workshop with our engineer Nezar Sami Beidas.
After the success of the workshop and the increase popularity of DJI, NMC started talking to DJI about importing their drones to be sold in Kuwait and it was a huge success. After it in few months, NMC started selling hundreds of DJI products which allowed us to start our first Store in 2014, Falcon RC Hobby.
To this day, we don’t just sell drones, planes, and boats to make money, but we truly share this passion and love for this hobby with all of our customers.

New Market Company is hiring,
As a Mall Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services within a mall or retail store environment. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers, demonstrate the value of the products or services you represent, and achieve sales targets.
You will act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with potential customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Approach customers proactively, greet them, and initiate conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and specifications to customers, highlighting how they fulfill their requirements.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products or services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions and recommend suitable products or alternatives based on their needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the products or services being promoted, including features, pricing, promotions, and any associated warranties or guarantees.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively communicate product differentiators.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge through training sessions, reading materials, and interaction with colleagues or superiors.
Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance:
- Ensure product displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and comply with the brand guidelines and mall/store standards.
- Regularly check stock levels, replenish products on the shelves or racks, and report any inventory discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and marketing materials.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, striving to maximize revenue and contribute to the profitability of the store.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, including customer information, transactions, and feedback, using the provided systems or software.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements to optimize sales strategies.
Customer Service and Conflict Resolution:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle difficult or demanding customers tactfully, remaining calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Collaborate with the customer service team and management to escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or mall environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to influence purchasing decisions.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of using computers, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other relevant sales software.
