Overview

Reports to the Assistant Manager, HCIS and collaborates with other Human Capital managers on the centralized HCIS (Oracle) automation, system integration and ERP related projects. The role is responsible for dashboard reporting, Oracle ERP solutions, report development and data analytics. The role responsible to contribute towards other HC tools such as iCIMS (applicant tracking system), Talent Management systems/LMS systems, Qlik sense, Kronos time and attendance and SharePoint to ensure that data captured through external systems are captured and utilized correctly by the core ERP system in order to ensure reporting to the management is done in a timely manner. The role is required to develop new reports/dashboards leveraging Power BI/Oracle ERP while ensuring continuous data accuracy.

The Learning Partner I, works closely with internal learning partners across MH to ensure quality and organizational approaches to learning and performance development.
