- Perform site inspections for MEP works ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications
- Verify installation as per Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
- Raise and manage Inspection Requests (IR)
- Review Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and material compliance
- Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems
