The MEP BIM Coordinator Job in Jeddah plays a critical leadership role in integrating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting (MEPF) systems within coordinated 3D BIM models. The role ensures clash detection accuracy, model compliance, and adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and international standards such as BS EN ISO 19650.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to coordinate design deliverables, manage BIM file exchanges, and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) for seamless project execution.

- Lead integration of MEPF systems within federated BIM models
- Prepare and support BIM documents including BEP and MIPD
- Manage clash detection using Navisworks and generate coordination reports
