Legal woes of former US president Donald Trump are continuing to exhaust his energy as the November elections are approaching in which he is set to face 81-year-old Joe Biden but there is little information about what would happen to Melania Trump.

The Republican presumptive nominee Trump is facing his first-ever criminal trial where he is charged with 34 felonies that include falsifying business records to pay hush money to Stormy Daniels in 2016.

He was indicted for this case last year in March, and then his three other indictments followed making a total of 91 felony counts, according to PBS.

Given his legal battle, Melania Trump has distanced herself from Trump.

The Mirror cited a source: “Melania loves the beautiful weather and resort town atmosphere of Palm Beach, she is happy when she is in Palm Beach. She has her son and other close family members. They are tribe-like and usually stick together. Despite what happens to Donald, she will be fine. She is well taken care of.”

The 54-year-old model had been upset and furious about the sexual encounter with her husband after their marriage in 2006.

A People magazine report noted that during all the indictments, the former first lady wasn’t bothered about the possibility of Trump being imprisoned. She would continue her life with their son Barron Trump.

The source also claimed: “Melania…prefers to go about her business. She continues moving ahead.”

It further added that Melania has “lived with other public humiliation for many years, including the sex scandals.”

“Although her husband feels the legal issues are witch hunts, she prefers to stay away from making many comments as some of the recent evidence, especially in the Mar-a-Lago documents case, is quite damaging.”
