Job Description

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical rotating equipment engineering within O&M projects.
- In-depth knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated systems.
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations pertaining to mechanical equipment.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with cross-functional teams and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of mechanical rotating equipment performance, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal functioning of rotating equipment, minimizing unplanned downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to plan and execute equipment overhauls, repairs, and replacements.
- Monitor equipment health through condition monitoring techniques, interpreting data to predict potential failures and taking proactive measures.
- Provide technical expertise in the evaluation of new equipment purchases, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications.
- Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and compliance throughout the project.
