- Sales and Business Development:
- Generate leads, prospect potential customers, and develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in the Kuwaiti market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable product/service solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business contracts.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators set by the company.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Kuwait.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the company regarding product enhancements, pricing adjustments, or new market opportunities.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and revenue details.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Utilize sales management tools or customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales performance.
- They have experience in the Kuwaiti market and experience in groceries, cooperative societies and central markets.
- Proven track record as a successful Sales Representative in the Kuwaiti market, preferably in a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Kuwaiti market dynamics, including customer preferences, cultural nuances, and business practices.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product benefits and close sales deals.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Analytical mindset to gather market intelligence, analyze sales data, and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license and willingness to travel as needed within Kuwait.
