Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Sales Representatives who are well-versed in the Kuwaiti market. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products or services to customers in Kuwait.   2. Sales and Business Development:

    • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business contracts.

  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Kuwait.
    • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to the company regarding product enhancements, pricing adjustments, or new market opportunities.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and revenue details.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
    • Utilize sales management tools or customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, manage accounts, and monitor sales performance.

Requirements:

  • They have experience in the Kuwaiti market and experience in groceries, cooperative societies and central markets.
  • Proven track record as a successful Sales Representative in the Kuwaiti market, preferably in a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Kuwaiti market dynamics, including customer preferences, cultural nuances, and business practices.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product benefits and close sales deals.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license and willingness to travel as needed within Kuwait.
