Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo implementation, customization, and integration.
• Strong understanding of business processes across different industries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, and provide strategic recommendations based on their business needs.
• Customize and configure Odoo modules to align with clients’ workflow and processes.
• Develop and conduct training sessions to educate clients’ teams on effective utilization of the Odoo system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges during implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments, updates, and trends to provide proactive insights and recommendations to clients’ businesses.
