ABA instructors work closely with children with Autism. They work on a one-to-one basis with these children, and they are a part of a team that is led by specialists in the ABA field, known as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Absolutely. Hard work, dedication, and passion are rewarded heavily at ABC. Professional development education is a key element at ABC, with an average of 15% of our team being rewarded scholarships to gain BCBA and BCaBA certifications. All of our directors at ABC started as ABA instructors.

Applicant must have a Bachelors’s degree. Preference is given to Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science and Humanities degrees. All candidates will receive ABA training if accepted.

Fluent in English reading and writing.
