What does an ABA therapist do?
ABA instructors work closely with children with Autism. They work on a one-to-one basis with these children, and they are a part of a team that is led by specialists in the ABA field, known as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

ABA therapy is demanding work, but it is extremely rewarding emotional, and economically, with great growth opportunities in the ABA field within Kuwait and abroad.
Can I apply if I have no previous experience with Children with Autism?
Yes (as long as minimum requirements are met). Many people choose to change their careers due to their passion and interest in helping children, and ABA centers like ABC can provide in-depth ABA training and supervision to assist you in that.

ABC has over 10 years of experience in working with children with Autism in Kuwait. It is a diverse team with over 23 nationalities representing it, and it has the 2nd highest number of Specialists (BCBAs) in the MENA region. ABC will help you grow as a professional and as a person.

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Applicant must have a Bachelors’s degree. Preference is given to Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science and Humanities degrees. All candidates will receive ABA training if accepted.
Fluent in English reading and writing.

Applicants must be seeking a full-time position with the flexibility to work according to ABC needs.
Applicants must be ready to work in a cohesive team. ABC places emphasis on communication and teamwork in order to provide the best care to our children.
Applicants should have positive academic and employment references.
Applicants must be bright, energetic individuals with a strong desire to work with children or young adults and with experience in or an interest in being trained in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
