Role Overview

The Resort Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operations of Coconut Island Resort. This includes overseeing sales & marketing strategies, revenue management, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resort or hotel management, with a proven ability to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Management: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase bookings and brand visibility.
Revenue Management: Monitor pricing strategies, optimize revenue streams, and analyze financial performance.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest service, handle guest feedback, and maintain high-quality standards.
Operational Management: Oversee daily resort operations, including housekeeping, food & beverage, and front desk services.
Leadership & Team Development: Train, motivate, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor resort expenses, manage budgets, and maximize profitability.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all regulatory requirements and health & safety standards are met.


General Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
✔ Strong expertise in sales, marketing, and revenue management.
✔ Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach to operations.
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
Guest service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
✔ Proficiency in English (written & spoken) with strong presentation skills.
Target-driven and results-oriented with the ability to meet business goals.
