1. Lead – Instrumentation Design (Experience: 13 – 18 Years)

As a Lead Instrumentation Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems, instrumentation layouts, and automation processes for water and wastewater treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop instrumentation design specifications, P&IDs, and control philosophies
✔️ Coordinate with process and electrical teams for seamless integration
✔️ Ensure compliance with international standards and safety regulations


2. Lead – Piping Design (Experience: 13 – 18 Years)

The Lead Piping Design Engineer will oversee the design and layout of piping systems for water treatment facilities, ensuring efficient flow and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop piping and equipment layouts, stress analysis, and isometric drawings
✔️ Work closely with process and mechanical teams to optimize designs
✔️ Ensure adherence to ASME, API, and international piping codes


3. Lead – Electrical Design (Experience: 13 – 18 Years)

As a Lead Electrical Design Engineer, you will design and develop electrical systems that power water treatment plants, ensuring reliable and energy-efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Design power distribution systems, MCCs, and control panels
✔️ Develop single-line diagrams (SLDs), load calculations, and cable schedules
✔️ Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, and other relevant electrical codes


4. Engineer – Electrical Design (Experience: 5 – 10 Years)

The Electrical Design Engineer will support the development of electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and system configurations for water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Prepare electrical circuit designs, load assessments, and protection schemes
✔️ Collaborate with instrumentation and automation teams for system integration
✔️ Conduct site inspections and troubleshooting during commissioning


5. Engineer – Civil Design (Experience: 7 – 10 Years)

7. Engineer – Piping Stress Analysis (Experience: 8 – 12 Years)

The Piping Stress Engineer will analyze pipe flexibility, thermal expansion, and mechanical stress factors to ensure robust and safe designs.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Perform stress analysis using CAESAR II and other software
✔️ Develop pipe support and expansion joint designs
✔️ Conduct pipe stress calculations as per ASME B31.3 and B31.4 standards


8. Engineer – Instrumentation Design (Experience: 5 – 10 Years)

The Instrumentation Design Engineer will be responsible for selecting and integrating process control instruments, sensors, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop control system architecture, loop diagrams, and instrument index
✔️ Configure SCADA, DCS, and PLC-based control systems
✔️ Ensure compatibility with hazardous area classifications and safety norms


9. Engineer – Mechanical Rotary Design (Experience: 8 – 12 Years)

The Mechanical Rotary Design Engineer will specialize in pump, turbine, and rotating equipment design for water treatment applications.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Design pumps, blowers, aerators, and other rotating equipment
✔️ Conduct performance analysis, material selection, and failure analysis
✔️ Ensure compliance with API, ANSI, and industry standards


10. Designer – Civil (Experience: 8 – 10 Years)

The Civil Designer will create detailed drawings and 3D models for structural and hydraulic components of water treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop 2D and 3D CAD designs for treatment plants and infrastructure
✔️ Prepare reinforcement detailing, concrete mix designs, and civil layouts

11. Designer – Piping & Mechanical (Experience: 8 – 10 Years)

The Piping & Mechanical Designer will focus on detailed design layouts for pipelines, vessels, and mechanical equipment.
