     • Coordinate with labor teams to meet project deadlines.
3. Quantity Surveyor
   • Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying with 2+ years of experience.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
     • Monitor expenses and prepare reports to ensure cost efficiency.
     • Coordinate with procurement teams for material sourcing.
4. Safety Officer
   • Eligibility: Certification in Health and Safety (NEBOSH/OSHA) with 2+ years of experience in construction safety.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations.
     • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
     • Address and resolve potential safety hazards on-site.
