Open Positions:
1. Waitress
- Greet and serve guests warmly and professionally.
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience by attending to guests’ needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to provide seamless service.
2. Barista
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages following hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee station.
- Engage with customers to provide personalized recommendations.
- Manage stock and ingredients for daily operations.
3. Bartender
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service and suggest drink pairings.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
- Follow safety and hygiene regulations.
4. Commis – Commissary
- Assist in food preparation and ensure high-quality ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Support chefs in daily kitchen operations.
5. Chef de Partie – Butchery
- Oversee meat preparation and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper meat storage.
- Train junior staff and supervise butchery operations.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
6. Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure a high level of hygiene and presentation.
- Respond to guest requests and provide outstanding service.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.
Job Requirements:
✔ Experience: Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
✔ Education: Relevant hospitality or culinary training is a plus.
✔ Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ Work Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting.
✔ Language: English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
✔ Residency: Open to applicants based in Qatar and internationally.
