Key Responsibilities
Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Prepare and cook dishes as per the restaurant’s menu, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage a specific section in the kitchen and oversee junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient operations.
- Maintain consistency in taste and portion control.
Barista
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Engage with customers to ensure excellent service and recommend beverages based on preferences.
- Manage inventory for coffee supplies and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Waiter
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages to tables promptly.
- Provide menu recommendations and handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Assist with billing and payment processes.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

- For CDP: Proven culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation and kitchen management.
