1. Maldivian Chef – Associate Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present authentic Maldivian cuisine, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Develop new menu items that showcase traditional Maldivian flavors with a modern touch.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Maldivian cuisine preparation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Maldivian cuisine in a fine-dining or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of local ingredients and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and adapt to guest preferences.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.

2. Junior Sous Chef (Multi-Cuisine) – Associate Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality food preparation.
• Create innovative and diverse multi-cuisine dishes, maintaining taste and presentation standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement for kitchen supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
• Expertise in international cuisines, including Continental, Asian, and Mediterranean.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification.

3. Engineering Assistant – Electrical

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment in the resort.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support the Engineering team in daily operations and emergency repairs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in an electrical maintenance role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.

4. Chinese-Speaking Butler – Female

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and high-end butler services to Chinese-speaking guests.
• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and special requests.
• Ensure seamless communication between guests and the resort staff.
• Maintain a high standard of service etiquette and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Prior experience in a luxury resort or hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
