We are currently hiring Guest Relations Officers (GRO) specializing in German, Korean, and Arabic language fluency. If you are a passionate individual with a flair for creating extraordinary guest experiences, we want to hear from you!

  1. Guest Relations Officer (German Speaking)
  2. Guest Relations Officer (Korean Speaking)
  3. Guest Relations Officer (Arabic Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international guests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
  • Deliver personalized guest experiences by understanding and anticipating individual preferences.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between guests and other departments of the resort.
  • Organize and provide information on resort services, local attractions, and activities, tailoring recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Ensure all guest profiles are updated in the system to maintain a record of preferences for future visits.
  • Support cultural and language-specific needs to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the resort team to implement creative initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Fluency in German, Korean, or Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and inviting personality.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry or guest relations is highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (PMS).
  • A strong sense of cultural awareness and sensitivity to international guests’ needs.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to guest service.
