PepsiCo & Lay’s Job Openings in Kuwait – March 2025

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Sales Manager (Coops / TT)

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and supervise sales teams in cooperative societies (Coops) and traditional trade (TT) channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to enhance sales performance.
• Ensure execution of promotional activities and in-store branding strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in beverages/snacks.
✔ Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s Coop and TT market.
✔ Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
✔ Experience in managing large sales teams and distribution networks.
✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills.
✔ Valid Kuwait Driving License.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
🎓 MBA is a plus.

2. Sales Supervisor (Coops / TT)

Job Description:

• Supervise a team of sales representatives and pre-sellers to ensure sales targets are met.
• Monitor daily operations, market visits, and sales performance.
• Implement promotional campaigns and ensure product availability.
• Maintain relationships with store managers and ensure proper execution of sales strategies.
• Provide coaching and training to the sales team.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in snacks or beverages.
✔ Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s Coops and TT market.
✔ Ability to manage and motivate sales teams.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
✔ Valid Kuwait Driving License.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

3. Pre-Seller (Lulu Hyper, Sultan Center, Grand Hyper, etc.)

Job Description:

• Visit hypermarkets, supermarkets, and retail outlets to promote and sell products.
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and shelf stocking.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and procurement teams.
• Report competitor activities and market trends.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising.
✔ Previous experience in hypermarkets/supermarkets (Lulu, Sultan Center, Grand Hyper, etc.) is a plus.
✔ Strong selling and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
✔ Valid Kuwait Driving License is an advantage.

Qualifications:
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

4. Van Salesman / Cash Van

Job Description:

• Deliver PepsiCo and Lay’s products to retailers and customers.
• Drive a van, load/unload products, and collect cash payments.
• Maintain accurate sales records and invoices.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and promoted at stores.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales (van sales or delivery sales preferred).
✔ Knowledge of Kuwait’s retail and wholesale market.
✔ Ability to handle cash transactions and invoices.
✔ Basic English & Arabic communication skills.
✔ Valid Kuwait Driving License (Heavy or Light).

Qualifications:
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent.

5. Shipment and Custom Admin

Job Description:

• Handle import/export shipments and coordinate with customs clearance agents.
• Prepare and process customs documentation, invoices, and shipping paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s customs laws and regulations.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to the logistics team.
• Resolve issues related to delays, duties, and tariffs.

Requirements:
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or customs clearance.
✔ Knowledge of Kuwait’s customs clearance process and regulations.
✔ Strong skills in documentation, filing, and data entry.
✔ Experience with ERP systems and logistics software.
✔ Fluent in Arabic & English.

Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
