1. Operations Manager

Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily catering and restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a background in food and beverage operations, and the ability to optimize processes while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage & Oversee Operations – Supervise daily restaurant/catering activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
✔ Quality Control – Ensure food quality, safety, and consistency across multiple locations.
✔ Process Optimization – Implement and maintain operational standards to streamline workflow and increase profitability.
✔ Cost Control & Budgeting – Monitor and optimize costs, ensuring efficient resource management.
✔ Team Management – Train, guide, and support staff to enhance performance and productivity.
✔ Customer Experience – Maintain high service standards to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
✔ Compliance & Safety – Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met within the operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
🔹 5+ years of experience in restaurant, catering, or food operations.
🔹 Strong knowledge of food safety standards, cost control, and process optimization.
🔹 Excellent leadership and team management skills.
🔹 Ability to analyze and improve operational efficiency.
🔹 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

2. R&D Chef

Job Overview:

The R&D Chef will play a vital role in developing new recipes, innovating food concepts, and ensuring quality control. This position requires creativity, expertise in culinary arts, and a deep understanding of food trends.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Innovation & Product Development – Research and develop new menu items, incorporating modern trends and customer preferences.
✔ Quality Assurance – Conduct rigorous tastings, testing, and consistency checks to ensure high culinary standards.
✔ Ingredient Sourcing – Work with suppliers to procure high-quality ingredients and maintain optimal inventory.
✔ Menu Enhancement – Improve existing recipes and develop signature dishes to keep the menu fresh and appealing.
✔ Food Safety & Compliance – Ensure that all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are followed.
✔ Collaboration with Operations – Work closely with the Operations Team to implement new dishes efficiently across locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

🔹 Culinary Degree or Certification from a recognized institution.
🔹 5+ years of experience as an R&D Chef, Head Chef, or similar role.
🔹 Expertise in menu development, food presentation, and quality control.
🔹 Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
🔹 Ability to analyze food trends and introduce innovative dishes.
🔹 Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
