A well-established shoe and bag repair shop in Kuwait is looking for skilled and experienced Shoe & Bag Repair Workers to join the team. This position is open only for candidates inside Kuwait with a transferable Visa 18.
Job Title: Shoe & Bag Repair Worker
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore shoes, bags, and leather goods by stitching, gluing, and polishing.
- Replace worn-out heels, soles, zippers, straps, and buckles.
- Clean, dye, and polish leather products to restore their original look.
- Operate repair machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assess and recommend repair solutions to customers based on the condition of their items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and tools.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work within the given timeline to complete repair tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shoe and bag repair is mandatory.
- Knowledge of working with different types of leather and materials.
- Skilled in using repair tools, stitching, and handling adhesives.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Basic communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
- Must have a valid transferable Visa 18 (work visa).
- Must be currently residing inside Kuwait.
Job Benefits:
- Salary: 200KD – 300KD (based on experience and skill level).
- Duty Hours: 8 hours per day.
- Day Off: 1 day per week.
