Job Responsibilities

1. Receptionist

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organized schedule.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer requests efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain records of transactions.
• Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain neat and presentable.

2. Hairdresser

• Provide professional haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends and techniques.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on client preferences.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of tools and workspace.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction.

3. Assistant Hairdresser

• Assist senior hairdressers with shampooing, blow-drying, and coloring.
• Prepare hair treatment products and ensure all tools are sanitized.
• Help in maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.
• Support clients by offering refreshments and ensuring their comfort.

4. Pedicure & Manicure Staff

• Perform high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including nail art.
• Ensure proper sanitation and sterilization of nail tools.
• Recommend nail care products and treatments to clients.
• Stay updated on the latest nail care trends and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

General Requirements

✔ Previous experience in the same field is required.
✔ Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
✔ Knowledge of the latest beauty trends and techniques.
✔ Good communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).
✔ Professional appearance and attitude.
✔ Hiring from inside Kuwait only (Transferable Visa 18 preferred).
