Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hypermarket clients and retail partners.
- Generate new sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Understand and promote the company’s products and services effectively.
Customer Engagement & Market Expansion
- Visit hypermarkets regularly to check stock levels, introduce new products, and ensure product availability.
- Engage with customers and provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues related to product distribution.
Logistics & Reporting
- Manage inventory tracking and stock replenishment at hypermarkets.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales progress.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Track customer feedback and provide insights for improving products and services.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in hypermarkets or the FMCG sector.
- A valid Kuwaiti driving license and owning a car are mandatory.
- Must be located inside Kuwait and hold a valid transferable visa.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred but not required).
- A proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
