We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Waiter
- CDP (Chef de Partie) – Pastry/Bakery
- Commis I
- Commis II
Key Responsibilities by Position
Waiter
- Greet and assist guests with their seating arrangements.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about items, specials, and promotions.
- Ensure accurate order-taking and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
CDP (Chef de Partie) – Pastry/Bakery
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of pastry and bakery items.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in the pastry/bakery section.
- Collaborate with the executive chef to create innovative dessert menus.
- Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of ingredients.
Commis I and Commis II
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety and quality standards.
- Support senior chefs and staff with day-to-day kitchen operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Experience: Previous experience in the respective roles is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guest-facing roles; culinary expertise and creativity for kitchen roles.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Residency: Open to local applicants only.
- Language: Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
