Job Responsibilities

As a Retail Store Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of the store. Your responsibilities include:

Sales & Customer Experience

• Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
• Implement in-store marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise and manage store employees, ensuring they provide outstanding service.
• Hire, train, and onboard new employees while fostering a positive work culture.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational regulations.
• Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing revenue and profitability.
• Maintain organized records of store expenses, sales, and customer transactions.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar role in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and business data to drive store performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and retail management software.
