Position Overview:
Smart Enterprises, approved by the Ministry of External Affairs, invites applications from qualified female nurses for a 3-year contract with My Care Hospital in Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nursing professionals to work in an international healthcare setting with immediate departure and no Prometric exam requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care following hospital standards and protocols.
- Monitor patient health, administer medications, and document patient records accurately.
- Assist doctors and other medical staff with clinical tasks.
- Ensure a hygienic and safe environment for patients.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-care instructions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
- B.Sc. Nursing
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Data Flow Process: Mandatory for documentation and verification purposes.
- Prometric Exam: Not required for this position.
- Candidates should be prepared for immediate departure once shortlisted.
Work Environment:
- Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
