Job Description:

Eureka Electronics, a leading electronics retailer in Kuwait, is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to emails professionally and courteously.
• Provide information regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be currently residing in Kuwait and eligible to work.
