Job Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with Common Core Standards.
• Use innovative teaching methods, technology, and interactive activities to enhance student engagement.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and tailor lessons to meet diverse learning needs.

2. Professional Growth & Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student success.
• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

3. Contribution to School Community

• Engage in extracurricular activities, school events, and academic competitions.
• Support school initiatives in STEM education, sports, and performing arts.
• Uphold DUSK’s vision and commitment to academic excellence.

Minimum Requirements

✔ Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
• Teaching Certification (B.Ed. or equivalent preferred).
  ✔ Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in an American Curriculum School.
• Previous experience in Kuwait or the Gulf region is an advantage.
  ✔ Skills:
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital tools.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for student-centered learning and academic excellence.
