Available Positions
1. Human Resources Manager
✔ Develop and implement HR policies to enhance workforce efficiency.
✔ Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
✔ Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and company policies.
✔ Design competitive compensation and benefits programs.
✔ Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
2. Financial Manager
✔ Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
✔ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee audits.
✔ Analyze financial data to optimize profitability and cost efficiency.
✔ Develop and implement strategic financial initiatives.
✔ Collaborate with leadership to support business growth.
3. Purchasing Manager
✔ Develop and execute procurement strategies for dairy and food products.
✔ Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
✔ Maintain inventory levels and forecast demand for raw materials.
✔ Ensure quality control in all procurement processes.
✔ Establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
4. Operations Manager
✔ Oversee daily production and supply chain operations.
✔ Improve efficiency and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
✔ Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
✔ Manage logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations.
✔ Lead teams to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
✅ Must have a valid Kuwaiti residency.
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in Kuwait in the food, beverage, and dairy industry.
✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification (Master’s degree preferred).
✅ Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
✅ Fluency in English (Speaking & Writing) is mandatory.
✅ Ability to transfer sponsorship.
