Walk-In-Interview Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Shop Manager:
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Lead and managed the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assistant Manager:
- Support the Shop Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Train and mentor store staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist in achieving store sales targets and goals.
- Coordinator:
- Coordinate between store departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports on store activities and performance.
- Manage schedules and tasks for store staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Sales Associate:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information to help customers make informed choices.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
✔ Relevant experience in the retail or customer service industry (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
✔ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred for managerial roles).
