Position: Insurance Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote and sell insurance products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and competitor products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
General Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
✔ 2-5 years of experience in Insurance, Sales, or Financial Services.
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
✔ Valid Driver’s License for mobility in Kuwait.
✔ Valid Residency Permit (Article 18 Visa preferred).
✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
✔ Fluent in Arabic & English (preferred).
