Job Description:

The American Creativity Academy (ACA) is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Principal to join our leadership team for the upcoming academic year starting August 2025. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Principal in overseeing school operations, maintaining high academic standards, and fostering a positive learning environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, educational expertise, and a commitment to student success.

As an Assistant Principal, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration, supervision, and development of school programs, ensuring compliance with educational policies, and promoting a culture of excellence in teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Principal in managing school operations, academic programs, and faculty development.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional practices, and student performance assessments.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, accreditation standards, and ministry regulations.
• Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff, providing guidance and professional development.
• Assist in the development of school improvement plans to enhance learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive school culture by engaging students, parents, and faculty members.
• Address disciplinary matters while ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and department heads to ensure alignment with educational goals.
• Oversee student affairs, extracurricular activities, and special programs to promote holistic development.
• Support school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership (required).
• Valid Administrative Certification in Educational Leadership or equivalent (required).
• 3-5 years of teaching experience with prior leadership or administrative experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of international school curricula and educational best practices.
• Experience working in a multicultural educational setting is an advantage.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
• Only candidates residing in Kuwait will be considered.
