As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the best beauty products, and ensuring an engaging shopping experience.

📌 Job Details

🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the store.
• Demonstrate proper use of skincare, makeup, and beauty products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products.
• Cross-sell and upsell beauty products (e.g., serums, body lotions, hair care items).
• Provide personalized recommendations based on skin type, tone, and preferences.
• Explain product usage and benefits to customers.
• Ensure proper stock presentation and organization on shelves.
• Replenish stock as needed and keep track of inventory levels.
• Advise customers on proper skincare routines and beauty maintenance.
• Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with visual merchandising standards.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or skincare sales.
✅ Strong sales and customer service skills with a proactive attitude.
✅ Deep knowledge of beauty products, skincare routines, and cosmetics.
✅ Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
✅ Presentable appearance with excellent communication skills.
✅ Passion for beauty, fashion, and skincare trends.
✅ Ability to build rapport with customers and offer a personalized experience.
✅ Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
