Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Kuwait (Hiring from inside Kuwait only 🇰🇼)

Job Description

Alghanim Industries is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, support team members, and drive business objectives through effective leadership and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team to achieve performance goals and KPIs.
• Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity.
• Monitor team progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and strategies.
• Provide coaching and training to enhance team members’ professional skills.
• Address team challenges and constructively resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve processes and efficiency.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is preferred.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong team management and mentoring skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
• Project Management: Ability to plan, organize, and oversee team operations.
• Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
