As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Skin Care Advisor to join our team in Kuwait City, Al Asimah, Kuwait, in February 2025.

About the Role

We are hiring a Skin Care Advisor to provide exceptional customer service, recommend the right skincare products, and build long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for beauty and skincare, strong sales skills, and the ability to enhance customer experience by offering professional skincare consultations and facial massage services.

What You Will Be Doing

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the store and identify their skincare needs.
• Offer expert advice on skincare products, recommend suitable products, and provide live demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage brand loyalty.
• Provide facial massage services to select customers through prior appointments.
• Ensure compliance with product and hygiene guidelines as per brand standards.
• Merchandise products following brand guidelines and maintain visually appealing displays.
• Rotate stock regularly to keep shelves organized and fresh with the latest products.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and window displays.
• Monitor daily stock levels and coordinate with the Department Manager for restocking.
• Handle store and office administration tasks, including maintaining a customer database.

About You

Education & Certification:

• Training in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Skincare is required.

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service within the beauty industry.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of skincare products and treatments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional grooming and adherence to brand appearance standards.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
