Position: Assistant Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

As an Assistant L&D Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Training Strategy & Implementation: Work closely with the Talent & Culture Manager to develop and execute training strategies for employees at all levels.
✔ Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to identify training gaps and create customized learning solutions.
✔ Content Development: Design training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules to enhance learning effectiveness.
✔ Training Coordination: Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee engagement.
✔ Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions tailored to different audience needs.
✔ Performance Monitoring: Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on feedback.
✔ Employee Development: Support employees with career growth, succession planning, and continuous development initiatives.
✔ Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain updated training records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
✔ Industry Best Practices: Stay updated with new learning trends, hospitality training techniques, and industry innovations.

Qualifications & Skills Required

✔ Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
✔ Training Expertise: Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
✔ Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
✔ Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and e-learning platforms.
✔ Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and employee training regulations.
