9️⃣ Purchasing Manager (Fluent English Required)
🔟 Secretary (Fluent English Required)

General Job Responsibilities:

1. Production Manager & Production Supervisor

• Oversee daily factory operations and ensure production efficiency.
• Develop and implement quality control standards.
• Lead and train production staff.
• Optimize production processes to minimize waste and costs.

2. Operation Manager

• Manage factory operations, including workflow and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food regulations.
• Coordinate between departments to improve operational efficiency.

3. Quality Manager & Quality Officer

• Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures.
• Conduct inspections and ensure products meet industry standards.
• Train staff on hygiene and safety protocols.

4. Maintenance Manager

• Ensure the smooth functioning of production equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs.

5. HR Officer

• Handle recruitment, employee relations, and compliance matters.
• Maintain HR records and oversee payroll processes.
• Develop policies for workplace improvement.

6. Accountant

• Manage financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare tax filings and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

7. Purchasing Manager (Fluent English Required)

• Source suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Manage procurement of raw materials and factory supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and reduce costs.

8. Secretary (Fluent English Required)

• Provide administrative support to senior management.
• Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain records.
• Ensure effective communication between departments.

Job Requirements:

✅ Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Kuwait in a relevant field.
✅ Language Skills: Fluent English is required for the Purchasing Manager & Secretary.
✅ Education: Relevant degree or certification preferred.
✅ Technical Skills: Industry-specific knowledge and software proficiency.
✅ Visa Status: Must have a valid transferable visa (Hiring from inside Kuwait only).
