1. Supervisor

• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
  • Manage staff schedules and provide training and guidance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

1. Cake Decorator

• Responsibilities:
  • Design and decorate cakes as per customer requests and company standards.
  • Experiment with new designs and techniques to enhance the product range.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Requirements:
  • Creativity and expertise in cake decoration.
  • Experience in using tools like piping bags, fondant, and airbrushes.

1. Barista

• Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
  • Ensure consistency in taste and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
  • Engage with customers and handle orders efficiently.
• Requirements:
  • Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
