🌟 Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the property management team.
• Maintain and organize property-related documents, contracts, and records.
• Assist in data entry, filing, and documentation for property listings and transactions.
• Handle email correspondence, calls, and inquiries from clients and tenants.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the team.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and property-related summaries as required.
• Support in tenant communications, lease agreements, and contract renewals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
✅ Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
✅ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
✅ Knowledge of real estate/property management is an added advantage.
