Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Chef De Cuisine – Italian
- Oversee and lead the Italian cuisine section, ensuring high-quality dishes.
- Develop innovative menus and recipes while maintaining authentic Italian flavors.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff for consistency and excellence.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
Sous Chef – Indian Banquets
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing Indian banquet operations.
- Ensure that large-scale catering events maintain top-notch flavors and presentations.
- Manage kitchen workflow and mentor junior chefs.
Commis – Indian / Western
- Prepare and cook dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain food hygiene and presentation standards.
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation.
F&B Team Leader – Outlet / Banquets
- Led and managed F&B service teams in either restaurant outlets or banquets.
- Ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and team coordination.
- Handle guest concerns and provide premium dining experiences.
F&B Associate
- Greet and serve guests with professionalism and hospitality.
- Take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure an excellent dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the F&B area.
Spa Therapist
- Provide luxury spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies.
- Ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating guest experience.
- Maintain spa hygiene and high service standards.
