Position Descriptions:
👥 People & Culture Manager
- Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.
- Foster a positive work culture aligned with Radisson’s core values and service standards.
- Implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to support organizational growth.
📈 Director of Sales
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share for the hotel.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key accounts.
- Lead the sales team, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and create competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
💼 Finance Manager
- Oversee the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, manage audits, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost efficiency and financial performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
👨🍳 Executive Chef
- Lead the culinary team, managing all kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Develop creative, high-quality menus that reflect local and international cuisine trends.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.
- Manage food costs, inventory control, and vendor relationships to optimize profitability.
- Mentor and inspire the culinary team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Requirements for All Positions:
- Proven work experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant academic qualifications (degree/diploma in Hospitality, Finance, HR, or Culinary Arts).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially in a pre-opening setup.
