Job Description: Front Office Team Positions at Four Points by Sheraton Chennai Velachery

Four Points by Sheraton Chennai Velachery invites dynamic, customer-focused professionals to join our Front Office Department in January 2025. As part of our esteemed hospitality brand, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding our commitment to service excellence.

Positions Available:

  1. Front Office / AYS Associate
    • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
    • Handle guest queries and requests via phone or in person promptly and efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records in the hotel management system and assist with reservations.
  2. Front Office Executive
    • Supervise daily front office operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
    • Resolve guest concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. Guest Relations Executive
    • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
    • Anticipate and address guest needs, providing personalized service to enhance their stay.
    • Manage VIP guest experiences and handle special requests.

Key Responsibilities for All Roles:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance in line with the hotel’s standards.
  • Ensure adherence to the hotel’s policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel environment is preferred.
    • Freshers with a strong passion for hospitality are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
    • Problem-solving abilities and a guest-first attitude.
  • Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
