Current Job Openings – Culinary Department

1. Junior Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine & Bakery & Pastry

  • Assist in the preparation of authentic Italian dishes and exquisite baked goods.
  • Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menus.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to hygiene standards.

2. Sous Chef – Latin & Continental Cuisine

  • Lead the kitchen team in preparing a diverse range of Latin and Continental dishes.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Oversee kitchen inventory and collaborate with procurement for ingredient sourcing.
  • Maintain food cost control while ensuring exceptional guest dining experiences.

3. Sous Chef – Continental Cuisine

  • Oversee the preparation and execution of Continental dishes with creativity and precision.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor food preparation processes, ensuring flawless execution during service hours.
  • Innovate and contribute to new menu planning and seasonal offerings.

4. Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine

  • Specialize in traditional and contemporary Indian cuisine, maintaining authenticity.
  • Lead a team of chefs in creating high-quality dishes for fine dining and banquets.
  • Ensure adherence to culinary and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with F&B teams to enhance the guest dining experience.

5. Junior Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine

  • Assist the Sous Chef in Indian cuisine preparation and kitchen management.
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely service and food quality.
  • Maintain an inventory of spices, ingredients, and other essentials for Indian dishes.
  • Innovate and experiment with traditional recipes to offer unique culinary experiences.
