Open Positions
1. Project Head – Civil Execution
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects.
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor construction quality, safety compliance, and risk management.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and on-site teams.
- Provide regular updates to top management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 10-25 years in construction/high-rise buildings.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Expertise in cost control, contracts, and compliance standards.
2. Project Execution Head – Civil
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise construction activities from planning to handover.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Troubleshoot execution challenges and optimize workflows.
- Maintain seamless coordination between site teams, consultants, and clients.
- Drive operational efficiency to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 10-25 years in high-rise construction projects.
- Strong understanding of structural and MEP coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
