Available Positions & Responsibilities:

1. HVAC Technician
   • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
   • Conducted routine inspections and troubleshot HVAC equipment for optimal functioning.
   • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during operations.
2. Electrician
   • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in buildings.
   • Diagnose electrical issues and ensure uninterrupted power supply to facilities.
   • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
3. Plumber
   • Install, repair, and maintain water, drainage, and plumbing systems.
   • Inspect and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and damages in pipelines and fixtures.
   • Work with piping systems in residential and commercial facilities.
4. MEP Technician (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)
   • Provide technical support for MEP installations, maintenance, and repairs.
   • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system issues.
   • Ensure smooth operations of facility systems to meet project needs.
5. Housekeeping Supervisor
   • Supervise and manage housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
   • Allocate duties, train housekeeping teams, and monitor performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Relevant technical certifications (ITI/Diploma) or equivalent education for technical roles.
