These positions require experienced professionals with strong expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly villas and high-rise buildings/towers.

Job Summary

Commercial Manager:

The Commercial Manager will oversee all commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost-effective project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This includes contract management, procurement, cost estimation, and budget control.

Cost Control Manager:

The Cost Control Manager will focus on project financials, ensuring the efficient management of budgets and resources. The role involves monitoring project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and maintaining financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Manager:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project goals.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and review project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and contract terms.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and financial status.

Cost Control Manager:

• Develop project cost control systems and track budgets for accuracy.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Prepare cost estimation reports and monitor resource allocations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 20 to 25 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in managing projects involving villas, high-rise buildings, and towers.
• Prior experience working with main contractors.
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and financial planning.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
