Job Description – DOH Licensed Nurses – Dubai, UAE (January 2025)

We are urgently seeking DOH Licensed Nurses to join our healthcare team in Dubai, UAE. As a leading healthcare provider in the region, we are committed to offering excellent care and support to our patients. We are looking for skilled and dedicated nurses with a DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility letter who are immediate joiners and are willing to relocate to Dubai.

As a DOH Licensed Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their health and safety while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment. You will be a vital part of our healthcare team, contributing to the overall success and care delivery in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Medical Procedures: Assist in medical procedures and operations as directed by physicians and medical staff.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Observe patients’ conditions and provide updates to the medical team. Document all patient care activities and interventions accurately.
• Health Education: Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Compliance: Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as DOH regulations and guidelines.

Key Qualifications:

• DOH License or Eligibility Letter is mandatory (applicable to both Registered Nurses and Registered Nurse Practitioners).
• Immediate availability to join and relocate to Dubai.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
