Key Responsibilities & Requirements
1. Duty Manager (Arabic Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Handle guest complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management (minimum 3 years).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
2. Guest Service Agent (Female)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Presentable, friendly, and professional attitude.
3. Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following hotel standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety compliance.
- Assist in menu planning and food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of hot kitchen operations.
- A culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. Bellboy
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
- Provide directions and information about hotel services.
- Deliver messages, packages, and room service as needed.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the lobby area.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a bellboy or concierge is an advantage.
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality.
- Good physical stamina to carry luggage.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
