Key Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Team:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Taj standards.
- Provide personalized service with attention to detail and a friendly approach.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming ambiance.
Food Production Team:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes tailored to guests’ preferences.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
- Work with the team to innovate and enhance the dining experience.
Front Office Team:
- Act as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest queries professionally and efficiently.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized attention.
Housekeeping Team:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and with care.
Spa Team:
- Provide relaxing and therapeutic spa services to guests.
- Ensure spa facilities are well-maintained and serene.
Engineering Team:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to keep hotel infrastructure in prime condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Finance & General Management Team:
- Manage procurement, budgeting, and material inventory efficiently.
- Support the General Manager with analytical reports and business strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in the relevant department is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and systems for technical and operational roles.
