Swiss Connect Solutions is currently hiring for a 4-star hotel in Dubai, UAE, and we are looking for a Food & Beverage In Charge to join the team. 💰 Full Package Salary: AED 8,000
Job Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food & beverage department.
- Manage and train staff, ensuring high levels of service excellence.
- Develop strategies to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and F&B standards.
2. Service Excellence & Guest Experience:
- Supervise all F&B service areas, ensuring quality control and consistency.
- Address customer concerns and handle service recovery professionally.
- Innovate and introduce new menu offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all dining areas.
3. Financial & Inventory Management:
- Monitor F&B costs, budgeting, and profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures and minimize waste.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quality food and beverage sourcing.
4. Team Development & Training:
- Conduct staff training sessions on service standards, food presentation, and customer engagement.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure team motivation and productivity.
- Schedule shifts efficiently to ensure smooth F&B operations.
